Yummo I have experienced the famous sandcrab lasagne at Il Centro (in 2004) I met an American couple on my QLD adventure they told me to go and try this Famous Food - We met that night (for their second dose) and I have yearned for it since. We did actually get Gillian Hurst to give us the recipe that night - please contact me-
