| I have attended this restaurant for years but the past two times very disappointing. Last time my partner and I took two friends out promising a great meal, ordered 4 mains to share and rice as well as the entrees. One of the mains a beef dish was so tough I could barely chew through it, called the waitress over and sent it back to kitchen, we had removed approx half of dish as four of us had a small taste each before deciding it was too tough (not a large main dish), other dishes were OK. The waitress came back (this is a corker) and said we dont have the best beef supply so is not as tender as normal, so I asked if they could supply another dish instead? She said no as we had 'eaten' half already, then I said well what if we forget that one and dont pay for it and order another, she said we have to pay 50% as we had eaten half, so I said what about we pay 50% and keep the rest and eat it even though is tough as we are hungry (out of principle) and she said no then you have to pay 100%, so I said forget it, we will pay the 50% have no more of it to eat,will not order another dish and not come back again. I was so angry I will never return to that restaurant. They admitted the food was not up to par then made no concesssion whatsoever for it! |
