| I love this restaurant let me get that straight first, on about my 6th visit though myself and my partner received meals that were more cool than warm which did not enhance the flavour of the delicious french meals they normally produce, we took two mouthfuls each, did not want to cause a scene and would have been happy had the remains just been warmed a little, we sat and looked around for a time before someone attended to us (not eating our meals and just sitting there) the girl was very nice and took the meals away. The one that came back had a face like stone and put the plates down in front of us with a 'clunk', said not a word an walked away, the meals size were less than we sent back to kitchin 1/3 -1/2 max and searingly hot and almost overcooked this time. Im sorry but just had to get that off my chest, was going to write to manager personally which I still may do but life is hectic! This is my first negative response I am sad to say to this beautiful cosy romantic restaruant and I feel reluctant to go back! |
