That "alleged transcript" reads like something that has had a few edits intended to keep it current. It is doubtful that anybody could have said in January 1981: "For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers." let alone in 1961 when the few electronic computers available for purchase cost millions of uninflated dollars each and were thus only bought by large commercial and government organisations.

According to about.com "In 1961 the first commercially available integrated circuits came from the Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation."
